Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada qandli diabet 2-turining rivojlanishida muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan molekulyar-genetik omillar tahlil qilindi. Asosiy e’tibor FTO, AdipoR, VDR va LEPR genlarining funksional xususiyatlari, ularning polimorfizmlari hamda metabolik jarayonlarga ta’sir mexanizmlariga qaratildi. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, ushbu genlar energiya almashinuvi, insulin sezgirligi, gormonal regulyatsiya va yog‘ to‘qimasi metabolizmini boshqarishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Genlarning o‘zaro ta’siri natijasida insulin rezistentligi va giperglikemiya rivojlanishi aniqlangan. Mazkur natijalar qandli diabet 2-turining patogenezini chuqurroq tushunish, erta diagnostika va shaxsiylashtirilgan davolash yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
