Аннотация

Ekologik muhitning ifloslanishi zamonaviy jamiyatning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri hisoblanadi. Atrof-muhitdagi o'zgarishlar oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari sifatiga hamda aholi salomatligiga bevosita ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Shuningdek, ekologik xavfsizlikni ta'minlash va sog'lom oziq-ovqat tizimini shakllantirishning muhim yo'nalishlari ko'rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari aholi salomatligini saqlashda ekologik muhitni muhofaza qilishning muhimligini ko'rsatadi. Ushbu maqolada ekologik omillarning oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi va inson salomatligiga ta'siri tahlil qilinadi.
