Аннотация

Mazkur tadqiqotda eksperimental sharoitda ichaklarda shakllangan chandiqli jarayonlar fonida gormonal terapiyaning prostata bezining morfometrik ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri kompleks tarzda o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida laboratoriya hayvonlari modeli asosida ichak to‘qimalarida fibroz o‘zgarishlar induksiya qilinib, keyinchalik turli gormonal preparatlar ta’siri ostida prostata bezining strukturaviy va funksional ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Morfometrik tahlil natijalari prostata bezining hajmi, stromal va epitelial komponentlari nisbatidagi o‘zgarishlar, bez tuzilmasining qayta tashkil topish darajasini aniqlash imkonini berdi. Olingan natijalar gormonal terapiyaning nafaqat mahalliy, balki tizimli ta’sir mexanizmlarini ochib berib, ichakdagi chandiqli jarayonlar bilan prostata bezidagi morfologik o‘zgarishlar o‘rtasida muhim patogenetik bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari klinik amaliyotda gormonal davolash strategiyalarini takomillashtirish hamda erkak reproduktiv tizimi kasalliklarini kompleks yondashuv asosida davolash uchun muhim ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
