Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ayol reproduktiv tizimining gormonal regulyatsiyasi nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Gormonal regulyatsiya — bu gipotalamus–gipofiz–tuxumdon aksisi orqali reproduktiv funksiyani boshqaruvchi murakkab biologik mexanizm bo‘lib, uning barqaror ishlashi ayolning fertil imkoniyatlari, menstrual siklning muntazamligi va umumiy reproduktiv salomatlikni ta’minlaydi. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, follikulyar fazada estrogen gormoni follikulalarning yetilishini rag‘batlantiradi va endometriyning proliferatsiyasini ta’minlaydi; ovulyator bosqichda LH va FSH gormonlari o‘zaro muvozanatda tuxum hujayraning ajralishini boshqaradi; lyuteal fazada progesteronning yetarli sekretsiyasi esa bachadon shilliq qavatini implantatsiyaga tayyorlaydi. Gormonal disbalans reproduktiv buzilishlar, menstrual sikl uzayishi yoki qisqarishi hamda homiladorlik qiyinchiliklariga olib kelishi mumkin. Shuningdek, maqolada gormonal regulyatsiyaning reproduktiv yoshdagi ayol salomatligiga, psixoemotsional holatiga va endokrin tizim barqarorligiga ta’siri yoritiladi.
