Abstrak

Biologik preparatlar zamonaviy tibbiyotda immun tizimga maqsadli va selektiv ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan davolash vositalari sifatida keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Ushbu preparatlar sitokinlar, monoklonal antitanalar, rekombinant oqsillar va hujayraviy terapiya vositalari orqali organizmning immun javobini tartibga soladi, yallig‘lanish va autoimmun jarayonlarni bostiradi hamda kasallik simptomlarini kamaytiradi. Maqolada biologik preparatlarning immunologik samaradorligi, ularning ta’sir mexanizmlari, klinik amaliyotdagi roli va turli patologik holatlarda qo‘llanilishi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari biologik terapiyaning an’anaviy dori vositalariganisbatan yuqori selektivlik va kamroq nojo‘ya ta’sirlarga ega ekanini, shuningdek, surunkali kasalliklar va autoimmun jarayonlarni boshqarishda samarali ekanligini ko‘rsatadi
