Mazkur ilmiy maqolada ortodontik muolaja o‘tkazilayotgan bemorlarda individual og‘iz gigiyenasi tadbirlarini ishlab chiqish, ularning samaradorligini baholash hamda og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ining anatomo-funksional holatini kompleks tahlil qilish masalalari yoritilgan. Ortodontik apparatlar mavjudligi og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ida biofilm to‘planishini kuchaytiradi, kariyes va gingivit rivojlanish xavfini oshiradi hamda periodontal to‘qimalarda yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini tezlashtiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, statsionar ortodontik konstruksiyalar qo‘llanilganda gigiyenik indekslar o‘rtacha 1,8–2,3 barobar yomonlashadi. Individual gigiyena dasturini ishlab chiqishda bemorning yosh xususiyatlari, tish qatori anomaliyasi turi, ortodontik apparat konstruksiyasi, so‘lak ajralish darajasi va periodontal holati inobatga olinishi zarur. Ilmiy ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, interaktiv gigiyena treningi va maxsus ortodontik vositalardan foydalanish natijasida 3–6 oy ichida OHI-S indeksi 35–48% ga, gingival indeks esa 30% gacha kamayadi. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy ilmiy bazalardagi ma’lumotlar tahlil qilinib, gigiyena samaradorligini baholash mezonlari ishlab chiqildi. Natijalar individual yondashuv asosidagi gigiyenik dastur ortodontik davolash samaradorligini oshirishini, asoratlar chastotasini kamaytirishini va og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ining funksional muvozanatini tiklashga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatdi.
