Abstrak

Ildiz kanali infeksiyalari endodontik patologiyalar orasida eng murakkab biologik jarayonlardan biri bo‘lib, ularning rivojlanishi ko‘p komponentli mikrobiologik ekotizim bilan bevosita bog‘liq. Ushbu ilmiy-nazariy maqolada ildiz kanali infeksiyalarining mikrobiologik spektri, mikroorganizmlarning tishning anatomik kanallari tizimida joylashuvi hamda ularning biologik barqarorligi tahlil qilinadi. Ildiz kanalining gidrologik xususiyatlari, dentin naychalari, lateral va qo‘shimcha kanallarning mikroblar kolonizatsiyasidagi roli nazariy asosda yoritiladi. Shuningdek, endodontik tish ildiz kanallariga kimyoviy ishlov berish usullarining mikrobiologik samaradorligi, ularning antibakterial spektri va biofilmlarga ta’sir mexanizmlari ilmiy manbalar asosida baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari sifatida turli ilmiy maqolalar va dissertatsiya ishlari tahlil qilinib, kimyoviy irrigatsiya vositalarining mikroorganizmlarni inaktivatsiya qilishdagi ustunliklari va cheklovlari ko‘rsatib beriladi. Maqola endodontik dezinfeksiya jarayonlarini ilmiy asosda tushuntirishga xizmat qiladi hamda ildiz kanali infeksiyalarini samarali nazorat qilish bo‘yicha nazariy xulosalarni taklif etadi
