XORAZM VILOYATIDAGI LABORATORIYA XIZMATLARINING GEOGRAFIK TAQSIMOTI VA TASHKILIY TAHLILI

Abstract

Xorazm viloyatida diagnostika xizmatlariga kirishuvchanlik laboratoriya infratuzilmasining geografik taqsimoti, tashkiliy tuzilmasi va klinik-biokimyoviy laboratoriyalarning mavjudligi asosida baholandi. Tadqiqot 2023-yil ma’lumotlariga tayangan holda viloyatning 12 ta tumani, Xiva tumani va shahri, Urganch tumani hamda markaziy tibbiyot muassasalarida (dispanserlar, shifoxonalar, poliklinikalar) jami 153 laboratoriyani qamrab oldi. Laboratoriyalar tuman tibbiyot birlashmalari, oilaviy poliklinikalar, poliklinikalar, qishloq vrachlik punktlari, oilaviy shifokor punktlari va boshqa muassasalarga ajratildi; shuningdek, ular klinik va biokimyoviy turlarga bo‘lingan. Eng ko‘p laboratoriyalar oilaviy poliklinikalarda (47,1%) joylashgan bo‘lsa, eng kamlari qishloq vrachlik punktlarida (2,0%) topildi. Geografik taqsimot nomutanosib bo‘lib, laboratoriyalarning ko‘pchiligi Xazorasp, Shovot, Bog‘ot va Qo‘shko‘pir tumanlarida, eng kamlari esa Tuproqqal’a tumanida va Xiva shahrida joylashgan. De‑yarli barcha laboratoriyalar (150/153) ham klinik, ham biokimyoviy xizmatlarni taqdim etadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Xorazm viloyatidagi laboratoriya infratuzilmasi miqdoriy jihatdan yetarli bo‘lsa-da, uning hududiy taqsimoti notekis bo‘lib, ayrim hududlarda diagnostika xizmatlariga kirishuvchanlik cheklangan. Shu bois, mobil laboratoriyalarni joriy etish va oilaviy shifokor punktlarini kengaytirilgan diagnostika imkoniyatlari bilan jihozlash tavsiya etiladi.
