Аннотация

Chronic kidney disease is one of the most pressing problems in modern medicine and is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular complications, disability, and mortality. The early stages of the disease are often clinically silent, leading to delayed diagnosis and reduced effectiveness of treatment. This article analyzes the clinical and prognostic significance of early detection of chronic kidney disease. The diagnostic value of glomerular filtration rate, albuminuria, and modern laboratory biomarkers is highlighted. The study findings indicate that early diagnosis can slow disease progression, reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications, and improve patients’ quality of life.
