Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada ovqat hazm qilish tizimining gormonal regulyatsiyasi mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Ovqat hazm qilish jarayonida ishtirok etuvchi asosiy gormonlar – gastrin, sekretin, xolesistokinin, motilin va grelinning fiziologik ahamiyati, ularning oshqozon-ichak traktining sekretor, motor va so‘rilish faoliyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Gormonal boshqaruvning nerv regulyatsiyasi bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi hamda bu tizimdagi buzilishlarning klinik ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan.
