Insult markaziy asab tizimining og‘ir patologiyalaridan biri bo‘lib, ko‘plab hollarda bemorlarda harakat funksiyasining qisman yoki to‘liq yo‘qolishiga olib keladi. Harakat faoliyatining buzilishi bemorlarning kundalik hayot sifatini pasaytirib, ularning ijtimoiy moslashuvi va mehnat faoliyatiga qaytish imkoniyatlarini cheklaydi. Ushbu maqolada insultdan keyingi davrda yuzaga keladigan harakat funksiyasi buzilishlarini tiklashga qaratilgan zamonaviy reabilitatsion yondashuvlar keng yoritilgan. Jumladan, fizioterapiya, kinezoterapiya, terapevtik jismoniy mashqlar, neyroreabilitatsiya, refleksoterapiya, massaj hamda psixologik reabilitatsiya usullarining samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, reabilitatsiyani erta bosqichda boshlash, kompleks va individual yondashuv asosida olib borish bemorlarda harakat funksiyasining tiklanish darajasini sezilarli oshirishi ilmiy asoslab beriladi.
