Abstrak

Ushbu maqola OIV infeksiyasining hozirgi epidemiologik tavsifiga va uning yuqori nafas yo‘llari infeksiyalari (YNYI), xususan, rinit, nazofaringit, sinusit, faringit, tonzillit va laringit bilan bog‘liqligiga bag‘ishlangan. OIV infeksiyasining global miqyosda tarqalishi, shuningdek, antiretrovirus terapiya (ARVT) bilan virus yuklamasini muvaffaqiyatli bostirish OIV bilan kasallangan bemorlar orasida yuqori nafas yo‘llari infeksiyalarining keng yoyilishini istisno qilmaydi. Maqolada shuningdek, OIV infeksiyasining asosiy patogenetik mexanizmlari, xususan, immunitet tizimining zaiflashishi, mukozal immunitetning buzilishi va nafas yo‘llari infeksiyalarining rivojlanishiga kata hissa qo‘shadigan mikrobiota disbiozi ko‘rib chiqiladi. OIV bilan kasallangan bemorlar uchun profilaktika usullari, diagnostika va samarali davolash strategiyalari ham muhokama qilinadi
