Abstrak

This article reviews contemporary approaches to the early diagnosis and treatment of periodontitis. Modern diagnostic methods and comprehensive treatment strategies were analyzed to evaluate their effectiveness in improving periodontal health. Current evidence indicates that comprehensive periodontal therapy provides significant improvements in periodontal pocket depth, clinical attachment level, gingival inflammation, and long-term periodontal stability. Early diagnosis combined with evidence-based treatment plays a crucial role in preventing disease progression and preserving natural dentition.
