Abstrak

Неонатал даврда учрайдиган пневмония болалар ўртасидаги касалланиш ва ўлим кўрсаткичларининг етакчи сабабларидан бири бўлиб қолмоқда. Пневмония одатда яллиғланиш ва инфекцион жараён сифатида ўрганилсада, унинг организмнинг ҳаётий муҳим марказларига, хусусан, марказий асаб тизими ва унинг нейроэндокрин бошқарув маркази бўлган гипоталамусга кўрсатадиган таъсирини ўрганиш муҳим илмий-амалий аҳамият касб этади. Айниқса, перинатал патологияларда гипоталамусда юзага келадиган патоморфологик ўзгаришлар асосан стресс жараёни стимулланиши ва нейросекретор хужайралар томонидан рилизинг омилни кучайиши оқибатида, кортитроп гормон тизимин кучайиши, пневмонияда иккиламчи иммундепрецияни марказдан келувчи биологик фаол моддалар хисобига ривожланиши чақалоқларда иккиламчи иммунодефицитни юзага келиши билан изохланишини англатади.
