Metabolik disfunksiya bilan bog‘liq steatozli jigar kasalligi kardiometabolik buzilishlar bilan chambarchas bog‘liq bo‘lib, arterial bosimning sutkalik ritmiga ta’siri yetarlicha o‘rganilmagan.
Semizlikning turli fenotiplarida jigar steatozini JSI indeksi orqali baholash va uning arterial bosimning sutkalik profili bilan bog‘liqligini aniqlash.
Tadqiqotga 40–65 yoshdagi 90 nafar semiz bemor jalb qilindi. Bemorlar metabolik sog‘lom (MSS) va metabolik nosog‘lom (MNS) guruhlarga ajratildi. Laborator ko‘rsatkichlar, JSI indeksi va sutkalik arterial bosim monitoringi natijalari tahlil qilindi.
MNS guruhida JSI indeksi sezilarli yuqori bo‘ldi (41.2 ± 3.1 ga nisbatan 32.4 ± 2.8; p < 0.001). Ushbu guruhda tungi arterial bosim ko‘rsatkichlari yuqori va “non-dipper” profili 68.9% hollarda kuzatildi. JSI indeksi yuqori bemorlarda tungi qon bosim ham mos ravishda yuqori bo’ldi.
Jigar steatozi og‘irligi arterial bosimning sutkalik ritmi buzilishi bilan bog‘liq. HSI indeksi kardiometabolik xavfi yuqori bemorlarni aniqlashda samarali invaziv bo‘lmagan vosita bo‘lishi mumkin.
