SURUNKALI BRUTSELLYOZDA REABILITATSIYANING KLINIK-FUNKSIONAL ASOSLARI VA SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASHNING ZAMONAVIY YONDASHUVLARI (adabiyotlar sharhi)

Brutsellyoz endemik hududlarda keng tarqalganligi, surunkali kechishga moyilligi hamda barqaror funksional buzilishlar rivojlanishi sababli dolzarb tibbiy-ijtimoiy muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ushbu sharhda surunkali brutsellyozning klinik-patogenetik mexanizmlari, jumladan Brucella spp.ning hujayra ichidagi persistensiyasi va immunoregulyator buzilishlar haqidagi zamonaviy ma’lumotlar tahlil qilindi. Kasallikning klinik polimorfizmi, tayanch-harakat va asab tizimining tez-tez zararlanishi, shuningdek retsidivlanuvchi kechishi bemorlar hayot sifatini sezilarli darajada pasaytirishi ko‘rsatildi. Ta’kidlanishicha, antibakterial terapiya yakunlangandan keyin ham ayrim bemorlarda og‘riq sindromi, asteniya, harakatchanlik cheklanishi va psixoemotsional buzilishlar saqlanib qoladi. Bu holat surunkali brutsellyozli bemorlarni kompleks olib borishda reabilitatsiyani kiritish zarurligini asoslaydi. Funksiyalarni, ijtimoiy faollikni va mehnat qobiliyatini tiklashga qaratilgan multidissiplinar yondashuvga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Reabilitatsiya samaradorligini baholashning zamonaviy vositalari, jumladan funksional holat, hayot sifati, og‘riq va jismoniy chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
Reabilitatsiya tadbirlarini klinik fenotip, cheklanishlar darajasi va retsidiv xavfini hisobga olgan holda algoritmlashtirish maqsadga muvofiq degan xulosaga kelindi.
