HELICOBACTER PYLORI VA ROSACEA O‘RTASIDAGI BOG‘LIQLIK

Rosacea — yuz terisining surunkali yallig‘lanishli dermatozi bo‘lib, eritema, papula, pustula, telangiektaziya, achishish, kuydiruvchi sezgi va ayrim holatlarda ko‘z zararlanishi bilan namoyon bo‘ladi. Kasallik patogenezi ko‘p omilli bo‘lib, unda tug‘ma immunitetning buzilishi, neyrovaskulyar regulyatsiya o‘zgarishlari, teri mikrobiotasi disbalansi, Demodex spp. kolonizatsiyasi, ultrabinafsha nurlanish, stress, oziq-ovqat triggerlari va gastrointestinal omillar muhim o‘rin tutadi. So‘nggi yillarda Helicobacter pylori infeksiyasining rosacea rivojlanishi va klinik kechishidagi ehtimoliy roli keng muhokama qilinmoqda. H. pylori oshqozon shilliq qavatida yashovchi gram-manfiy spiral bakteriya bo‘lib, gastrit, peptik yara kasalligi va ayrim malign jarayonlar bilan bog‘liq. Bir qator tadqiqotlarda rosaceali bemorlarda H. pylori infeksiyasi ko‘proq uchrashi, eradikatsiya terapiyasidan so‘ng papulopustulyoz elementlar va eritema kamayishi mumkinligi qayd etilgan. Biroq barcha tadqiqotlar ham bu bog‘liqlikni tasdiqlamaydi. Shu sababli H. pylori rosaceaning yagona etiologik sababi sifatida emas, balki ayrim bemorlarda kasallikni kuchaytiruvchi trigger yoki komorbid omil sifatida baholanishi maqsadga muvofiqdir. Ushbu maqolada H. pylori va rosacea o‘rtasidagi patogenetik mexanizmlar, klinik-epidemiologik ma’lumotlar, diagnostik yondashuvlar hamda davolashdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi.
