Abstrak

В статье представлен обзор современных данных о влиянии хронической герпетической инфекции на психоречевое развитие детей раннего и дошкольного возраста. Рассмотрены патогенетические механизмы воздействия нейротропных вирусов семейства Herpesviridae (ЦМВ, ВПГ-1, ВПГ-2, ВЭБ, ВГЧ-6, 7, 8) на формирующийся мозг. Анализируются данные эпидемиологических исследований о корреляции между персистенцией вирусов и задержкой речевого развития (ЗПРР), когнитивными дефицитами и моторными нарушениями. Особое внимание уделено роли врожденной цитомегаловирусной инфекции и хронического воспаления, вызванного реактивацией вирусов простого герпеса и вируса Эпштейна-Барр. Обсуждаются современные методы лабораторной верификации и перспективы комплексного лечения с включением противовирусных препаратов и нейрометаболических средств
