Abstrak

Onasida piyelonefrit fonida tuğilgan çaqaloqlar tuğilganidan keyingi davrda erta va keçgi neonatal davrni turli muddatlarida immunodefisitdan nobud bölişgan. Timus töqimasini mikroskopik tekşirişilarda morfofunksional qavatlarid rivojlani-şidan orqada qolişi, yirik limfositlarni keskin kamayişi, postkapillyar venulalar atrofida makrofaglarni bölişi, Gassal tanaçalarini xar xil kattalikda barça qavatlarida şakllanişi, qon tomirlari tölaqonligi va diapedez qon quyiliş öçqolarini mavjudligi bilan xarakterlandi. timusining asosiy morfologik özgarişlar bu stressor omillar ta’sirida timusni rivojlanişdan orqada qolişi bölib, asosan çaqaloqlar tuğilganidan keyingi neonatal davrda timusni anatomik qavatlari gipopolaziyasi va immunokompetent xujayralarni yetişmovçiligi bilan davom etadigan jarayonlarni ustunligi bilan namoyon böladi. Bu esa, öz navbatida, neonatal davrda yangi tuğilgan çaqaloqlarda T xujayraviy immunodefisitni yuzaga kelişi va aksariyat virusli va ba’zi bakterial infeksiyalarni ikkilamçi infisirlanişi oqibatida oğir yalliğlaniş kasalliklarini yuzaga kelişi bilan namoyon böladi
