Долзарблиги. Эректил дисфункция (ЭД) ва эркаклар бепуштлиги бутун дунёда юз миллионлаб эркакларга таъсир кўрсатадиган энг кенг тарқалган урологик патологиялар қаторига киради. Рақамли технологиялар, машинавий ўқитиш ва сунъий интеллект (СИ) ривожланиши уларни эрта ва аниқ ташхислаш учун янги имкониятлар очди.
Мақсад. ЭД ва эркаклар бепуштлиги ташхисида ИТ-ечимлар — машинавий ўқитиш алгоритмлари, компьютерли кўриш тизимлари, тақиладиган қурилмалар ва катта тил моделлари (LLM) асосидаги чат-ботлар қўлланилишига оид долзарб маълумотларни тизимлаштириш.
Усуллар. PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science ва Google Scholar маълумотлар базалари бўйича 2019–2025 йиллардаги адабиётларнинг нарратив (тавсифий) шарҳи.
Натижалар. Машинавий ўқитиш алгоритмлари (XGBoost, SVM, тасодифий ўрмон) стандарт биокимёвий ва клиник маълумотлар асосида ЭДни ташхислашда юқори аниқликни кўрсатмоқда; янги авлод тақиладиган сенсорлари тунги эрекцияларни уй шароитида ишончли мониторинг қилишни таъминлайди; спермани таҳлил қилувчи СИ тизимлари сперматозоидлар ҳаракатчанлигини баҳолашда 89,9% гача аниқликка эришмоқда. ChatGPT ва Google Gemini базасидаги чат-ботлар беморларга ЭД ҳақида долзарб ва тушунарли маълумотларни тақдим этишга қодир, бироқ қатор клиник тавсияларнинг аниқлиги бўйича экспертлардан ортда қолмоқда.
Хулоса. Клиник амалиётга ИТ-воситаларини интеграция қилиш эркаклар репродуктив саломатлиги ташхисининг қулайлиги ва сифатини сезиларли даражада ошириши мумкин, бироқ ушбу усулларни кейинчалик ҳам клиник валидация қилиш ва стандартлаштиришни талаб этади.
