DENTAL IMPLANTATSIYADAN KEYINGI PERI-IMPLANTIT RIVOJLANISHINING XAVF OMILLARI VA PROFILAKTIKASI

Maqolada dental implantatsiyadan keyingi peri-implantit rivojlanishining asosiy xavf omillari va zamonaviy profilaktika strategiyalari dalillarga asoslangan stomatologiya nuqtayi nazaridan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot birlamchi klinik tajriba emas, balki 2023–2026-yillarda chop etilgan AO/AAP konsensus hujjatlari, sistematik sharhlar, meta-tahlillar hamda O‘zbekiston mualliflarining implantologiya bo‘yicha ilmiy ishlariga asoslangan ikkilamchi dalillar sintezidir. 2025-yilgi AO/AAP meta-tahlilida peri-implant mukozitning bemorlar darajasidagi pooled prevalensiyasi 46%, peri-implantitniki 21% bo‘lgan; peri-implantitning kumulyativ incidence ko‘rsatkichi 5 yilda 12%, 10 yilda 14% va 20 yilda 22% ni tashkil etgan. Chekish (OR 2,27), qandli diabet (OR 2,31) va alkogol iste’moli (OR 2,07) peri-implantit bilan statistik ahamiyatli bog‘langan. Keratinizatsiyalangan shilliq qavatning yetishmasligi avvalgi meta-tahlilda peri-implantit prevalensiyasi bilan OR 2,78 darajasida bog‘langan. Periodontit tarixi, implant qo‘yilishidan oldingi rezidual periodontal cho‘ntaklar, og‘iz gigiyenasining sustligi, muntazam supportive peri-implant carega rioya qilmaslik, prostetik suprastrukturaning gigiyenaga noqulay dizayni va submukozal sement qoldiqlari muhim lokal yoki bemorga bog‘liq risk indikatorlari sifatida aniqlangan. Profilaktikaning samarali modeli implantatsiyadan oldin periodontal barqarorlikka erishish, 3D rejalash, gigiyenaga qulay protez dizayni, risk faktorlarini nazorat qilish va individual recall asosidagi professional monitoringni birlashtirishi kerak.
