Mazkur maqolada reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollarda nospetsifik servitsitni kompleks davolashdan keyingi qaytalanish xavfini baholash hamda kasallik retsidivini prognozlash imkonini beruvchi klinik va laborator mezonlarni aniqlash masalalari yoritilgan. Nospetsifik servitsitda davolashning dastlabki klinik samaradorligi bilan bir qatorda, uzoq muddatli natijalarni barqarorlashtirish va qaytalanish ehtimolini kamaytirish muhim klinik vazifa hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda davolashdan keyingi klinik simptomlar dinamikasi, bachadon bo‘yni holati, sitologik ko‘rsatkichlar, servikal kanalning tozalik darajasi hamda yallig‘lanish va oksidativ stress bilan bog‘liq laborator ko‘rsatkichlarning prognostik ahamiyatini kompleks baholash yondashuvi ko‘rib chiqildi. Standart terapiya, trombotsitlarga boy autoplazma (PRP) qo‘llanilgan davolash hamda standart terapiya va PRP kombinatsiyasidan keyingi natijalarni kuzatish asosida qaytalanish xavfini belgilovchi omillarni tizimlashtirish nazarda tutildi. Kasallikning qaytalanishini faqat klinik belgilar asosida emas, balki klinik, sitologik va laborator ko‘rsatkichlar majmuasi asosida prognozlash davolash taktikasini individuallashtirish va yuqori xavf guruhidagi bemorlarni maqsadli kuzatish uchun istiqbolli yondashuv sifatida asoslanadi. Olingan natijalar nospetsifik servitsitni davolashda qisqa muddatli klinik javobdan uzoq muddatli prognozni boshqarishga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvni takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
