PSIXOEMOTSIONAL STRESS, DEPRESSIYA VA XAVOTIRNING BIRLAMCHI INSULT RIVOJLANISHI XAVFI BILAN BOG‘LIQLIGINI KLINIK-EPIDEMIOLOGIK BAHOLASH
Kalit so‘zlar:
birlamchi insult, psixoemotsional stress, depressiya, xavotir, serebrovaskulyar xavfAbstrak
Maqolada psixoemotsional stress, depressiya va xavotirning birlamchi insult rivojlanishi xavfi bilan bog‘liqligi zamonaviy klinik-epidemiologik dalillar asosida tahlil qilindi. Maqsad — ushbu psixoemotsional omillarning birinchi marta yuz beradigan insult bilan assotsiatsiyasini, ehtimoliy biologik va xulq-atvor mexanizmlarini hamda birlamchi profilaktikadagi ahamiyatini baholash. PubMed/MEDLINE bazasida indekslangan meta-tahlillar, sistematik sharhlar, yirik kohort va holat–nazorat tadqiqotlari, shuningdek, insultning birlamchi profilaktikasiga oid zamonaviy klinik tavsiyalar mazmunan tahlil qilindi. Mavjud dalillar psixosotsial stress, depressiv simptomlar va xavotir buzilishlari insult xavfining ortishi bilan assotsiatsiyalanishini ko‘rsatadi, biroq kuzatuv tadqiqotlaridagi geterogenlik va aralashtiruvchi omillar sababli bu bog‘liqlikni to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri sabab-oqibat munosabati sifatida talqin qilish mumkin emas. Psixoemotsional holatni arterial gipertenziya, metabolik buzilishlar, chekish, jismoniy faollik va boshqa an’anaviy vaskulyar xavf omillari bilan birgalikda baholash yuqori xavf guruhlarini aniqlash va profilaktik yondashuvlarni individuallashtirishda qo‘shimcha klinik ahamiyat kasb etishi mumkin [1–6].
