ВЛИЯНИЕ ТРЕВОЖНЫХ РАССТРОЙСТВ НА ТЕЧЕНИЕ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ В ПРАКТИКЕ СЕМЕЙНОГО ВРАЧА

Хроническая сердечная недостаточность (ХСН) является одной из ведущих причин заболеваемости и смертности. Цель исследования — оценить влияние тревожных расстройств на клиническое течение ХСН и роль семейного врача в их выявлении и коррекции. В исследование включены 102 пациента с ХСН II–III ФК (NYHA). Установлено, что наличие тревоги ассоциировано с увеличением частоты госпитализаций, ухудшением субъективного состояния и снижением приверженности к терапии. Данные подтверждают необходимость интеграции психоэмоционального скрининга в практику семейной медицины
