Medial ustunning buzilishi, metafizar komminutsiya va CALCAR defekti bloklovchi plastina bilan osteosintezda ikkilamchi varus deformatsiya, vintlarning bo‘g‘im ichiga chiqishi va implant yetishmovchiligi xavfini oshiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari operatsiyadan oldingi KT/3D baholash, medial kortikal kontaktni tiklash, CALCAR vintlarini optimal yo‘naltirish va zarur hollarda qo‘shimcha tayanch usullaridan foydalanish fiksatsiya barqarorligi hamda funksional tiklanish uchun muhim ekanini ko‘rsatdi
