Аннотация

В обзоре представлены сведения о Torque teno вирусе (TTV), который был открыт в конце XX века группой японских исследователей центров с различными заболеваниями и у здорового населения. Появились сведения о политропизме вируса, что опровергает отнесение его только к вирусам, вызывающим развитие гепатита. Установлена высокая распространенность TTV в человеческой популяции, что позволило ряду исследователей предположить возможность персистенции вируса в организме в составе вирома. Особый интерес к ТТV обусловлен тем, что данный вирус может быть маркером иммунной дисфункции, указывающим на подавление иммунитета после трансплантации солидных органов и в целом ряде заболеваний человека. В связи с этим важными являются результаты исследований о Torque teno вирусе как функциональном маркере иммунной системы у пациентов с иммунодефицитом и воспалительными заболеваниями
