Surunkali jigar kasalliklari (SJK) kechimida buyrak funksional buzilishlari (BFB) jiddiy asorat hisoblanib, kasallik prognozini sezilarli darajada yomonlashtiradi. Infeksion jarayonlar — xususan, bakterial peritonit, pnevmoniya va septisemiya — jigar tsirroziga uchragan bemorlarda buyrak ishemiyasi va gipoperfuziyasini tezlashtiruvchi asosiy omillar sifatida qaraladi. Ushbu maqolada SJK fonida infeksion jarayonlar bilan og'rigan bemorlarda BFBning erta klinik belgilari, diagnostika mezonlari va prognoz ko'rsatkichlari keng yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari buyrak funksiyasini erta baholashda kreatin, sistein C va NGAL biomarkerlarining klinik ahamiyatini tasdiqladi
