GEPATORENAL SINDROMDA CAT VA TNF GEN MARKERLARINI LABORATOR ANIQLASH: ZAMONAVIY YONDASHUVLAR VA MUAMMOLAR

Tadqiqot maqsadi — gepatorenal sindrom (GRS) erta rivojlanishida CAT (rs1001179) genining C-262T va TNF genining G-308A polimorf markerlarining prognostik ahamiyatini baholash. Tadqiqotga GRS tashxisi qo'yilgan 90 nafar bemor (asosiy guruh) va 85 nafar sog'lom kishi (nazorat guruhi) kiritildi. Allel-spetsifik PCR usuli qo'llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, CAT genining T alleli asosiy guruhda 30,6%, nazorat guruhida 15,9% tarqalgan bo'lib, GRS rivojlanishi xavfini ishonchli darajada oshiradi (OR=2,3; 95% CI 1,4–3,89; p=0,01). C allel himoyalovchi omil sifatida aniqlandi (OR=0,4; 95% CI 0,26–0,72). TNF genining A alleli asosiy guruhda 10,6%, nazorat guruhida 5,3% uchrab, kasallik xavfini oshirdi (OR=2,1; 95% CI 0,94–4,73). G/G genotipi protektiv xususiyatga ega (OR=0,4; 95% CI 0,19–1,03). Xulosa: ushbu genetik markerlar GRS xavfi ostidagi bemorlarni erta aniqlashda muhim diagnostik ahamiyat kasb etadi.
