Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada hujayra o‘limining dasturlangan shakli bo‘lgan apoptoz jarayoni, uning molekulyar mexanizmlari va biologik ahamiyati keng yoritilgan. Apoptoz – bu organizmda homeostazni saqlash, rivojlanish jarayonlarini boshqarish hamda shikastlangan yoki funksiyasini yo‘qotgan hujayralarni yo‘q qilishda muhim rol o‘ynovchi murakkab, genetik jihatdan boshqariladigan jarayondir. Maqolada apoptozning asosiy yo‘llari, xususan, intrinsik (mitoxondrial) va ekstrinsik (retseptor orqali) yo‘llar, shuningdek, kaspazalar tizimi va ularning faollashuv bosqichlari tahlil qilingan. Bundan tashqari, apoptozning buzilishi bilan bog‘liq patologik holatlar, jumladan, onkologik kasalliklar, neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar va autoimmun buzilishlar ham muhokama etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari apoptoz mexanizmlarini chuqurroq tushunish zamonaviy tibbiyotda yangi diagnostika va davolash usullarini ishlab chiqishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi
