Аннотация

Ushbu tadqiqot 2020-yilning aprel–avgust oylarida Toshkent tibbiyot akademiyasining ko'p tarmoqli klinikasida COVID-19 tashxisi bilan davolangan 2500 bemorning epidemiologik va klinik xususiyatlarini tavsiflovchi bitta markazli retrospektiv kesim tadqiqotidir. Bemorlar asimptomatik (n=989, 39,6%) va simptomatik (n=1511, 60,4%) guruhlarga bo'linib tahlil qilindi. Asimptomatik guruh yoshi kichikroq (me'dian 30 yosh) va xorijdan yuqtirishning ulushi yuqori (48,3%) ekanligi aniqlandi. Simptomatik guruhdagi bemorlar orasida eng ko'p uchraydigan alomatlar: charchoq (83,2%), yo'tal (58,5%) va harorat ko'tarilishi (56,6%) bo'ldi. Ikki guruh o'rtasidagi asosiy farqlar yosh, jins taqsimoti, inkubasiya davri, kasalxonaga tushish yo'llari va davolash taktikasida yaqqol namoyon bo'ldi. Natijalar COVID-19ning O'rta Osiyo mintaqasidagi dastlabki klinik manzarasini aks ettiradi va kelajakdagi profilaktika dasturlariga asos bo'lishi mumkin.
