Аннотация

Maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarning jismoniy va aqliy rivojlanishi ko‘p jihatdan ularning ovqatlanish rejimi va ratsiondagi oziq moddalarning muvozanatiga bog‘liqdir. Oqsillar organizmning asosiy qurilish materiali bo‘lib, hujayra va to‘qimalar shakllanishi va regenerativ jarayonlarida, immun tizimning mustahkamlanishi, gormonlar va fermentlarning sintezlanishida hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynaydi. Ayniqsa, 3-6 yosh oralig‘idagi bolalarda skelet-muskul tizimi, markaziy asab tizimi va ichki a’zolarning jadal rivojlanishi kuzatiladi. Bu davrda bolalar oqsilga bo‘lgan ehtiyoji kattalarnikiga nisbatan yuqori bo‘ladi. Tabiiyki, ushbu ehtiyojning qoplanmasligi kelgusida bolalarning jismoniy rivojlanishdan ortda qolishga, shuningdek, turli metabolik kasalliklarning vujudga kelishiga sabab bo‘ladi.
Bugungi kunda mutaxassislar oqsil yetishmovchiligi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan turli kasalliklarning avj olishi, bolalarning yetarli oqsil qabul qilmasligi yoki sifatsiz oqsillar bilan ta’minlangan oziq-ovqatdan foydalanish deb bilishadi, Shuningdek, oqsil yetishmovchiligi muammosi, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy omillar, ota-onalarning to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish madaniyati haqidagi bilim darajasi pastligi, hayvon va o‘simlik oqsillari nisbatining buzilishi, mahalliy iqlim va milliy taomlanish an’analarining ta’sir qilishini ta’kidlagan holda, bu holatning bolalar jismoniy rivojlanishiga, ya’ni bo‘y-vazn ko‘rsatkichlari, mushak massasi, tana massa indeksi, immunitet va kognitiv qobiliyatlarga salbiy oqibatlari tahlil qiladilar.
