This article investigates resistant arterial hypertension and the major predictors of its development under the hot climatic conditions of the Fergana Valley. The clinical and demographic characteristics of patients with resistant hypertension were analyzed, and the impact of obesity, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, age, and climatic factors on disease development was evaluated. The findings demonstrated that exposure to high environmental temperatures represents an additional risk factor for resistant arterial hypertension. Furthermore, obesity, diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease were identified as the most significant predictors of this condition. The results may contribute to the early detection of resistant hypertension, identification of high-risk groups, and improvement of preventive strategies
