Ushbu adabiyotlar tahlili so‘nggi yillardagi xalqaro va mahalliy klinik-eksperimental tadqiqotlarni sintez qilgan holda, simptomsiz ichki uyqu arteriyasi stenozi (SICAS) fonida rivojlanuvchi subklinik (yashirin) kognitiv buzilishlarning patofiziologik mexanizmlari va ularni erta aniqlash muammolariga bag‘ishlanadi. Angionevrologiyadagi an’anaviy qarashlardan farqli bo‘laroq, bugungi kunda magistral tomirlar stenozi nafaqat o‘tkir insult xavfini oshirishi, balki mustaqil ravishda surunkali miya gipoperfuziyasi va mikroemboliyalar orqali vaskulyar demensiyaga olib kelishi isbotlangan. Maqolada neyropsixologik skrining usullari (MoCA, MMSE), neyrofiziologik diagnostika (transkranial dopplerografiya, miya qon aylanishi rezervi) va eksperimental hayvonlar modellarida olingan zamonaviy dalillar chuqur qiyosiy tahlil qilingan.
