SUT BEZI SARATONINI ERTA TASHXISLASH VA DAVOLASHDA IMMUNOONKOLOGIK TEKSHIRUVLARNING AHAMIYATI

Mazkur maqolada sut bezi saratonini erta aniqlash va davolash samaradorligini oshirishda immunoonkologik tekshiruvlar, xususan interleykinlar (IL-6 va IL-10) ning diagnostik ahamiyati kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi — an’anaviy biomarkerlar (HER2, PD-L1, gormonal retseptorlar) bilan bir qatorda interleykinlarni qo‘llash orqali kasallikni erta aniqlash, prognoz qilish va individual davolash strategiyasini takomillashtirishdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida IL-6 va IL-10 ning biologik roli, o‘sma jarayonlari bilan bog‘liqligi hamda klinik-diagnostik ahamiyati baholandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, IL-6 darajasining oshishi o‘sma proliferatsiyasi va agressivligi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lsa, IL-10 immunosupressiv muhitni shakllantirib, kasallik prognoziga ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Interleykinlarni aniqlash diagnostik aniqlikni oshirib, kasallikni erta bosqichda aniqlash imkonini beradi.
