Mazkur eksperimental tadqiqotda yuqori yog‘li ratsion va seftriaksonning lipid hamda uglevod almashinuviga alohida va birgalikdagi ta’siri 160 ta oq zotsiz erkak kalamushda o‘rganildi. Tajriba hayvonlari to‘rtta guruhga ajratilib, qon zardobining lipid spektri, glyukoza konsentratsiyasi hamda aterogenlik ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, triglitseridlar miqdori yuqori yog‘li ratsion va seftriakson birgalikda qo‘llanilgan guruhda nazorat guruhiga nisbatan 7,25 barobar, faqat yuqori yog‘li ratsion ta’sirida esa 6,33 barobar oshdi. Faqat seftriakson qo‘llanilgan guruhda umumiy xolesterin miqdori 75,8% ga, past zichlikdagi lipoproteidlar xolesterini esa 4,4 barobar oshgani aniqlandi. Birgalikdagi ta’sir sharoitida xolesterin ko‘rsatkichlarining oshishi nisbatan cheklangan bo‘lib, juda past zichlikdagi lipoproteidlar xolesterini barcha tajriba guruhlarida kamayganligi kuzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari yuqori yog‘li ratsion va seftriaksonning lipid almashinuviga turlicha ta’sir ko‘rsatishini hamda jigarning lipid transport funksiyasi buzilishi ehtimolini ko‘rsatadi. Aniqlangan metabolik o‘zgarishlar dislipidemiya rivojlanish mexanizmlarini o‘rganishda lipid spektri ko‘rsatkichlarini kompleks baholash zarurligini asoslaydi.
