АНАЛИЗ ПРЕДИКТОРОВ РАЗВИТИЯ НЕДЕРЖАНИЯ МОЧИ ПОСЛЕ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ДОБРОКАЧЕСТВЕННОЙ ГИПЕРПЛАЗИИ ПРЕДСТАТЕЛЬНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Обзорная статья посвящена проблеме недержания мочи (НМ), регистрируемого после хирургических вмешательств по поводу доброкачественной гиперплазии предстательной железы (ДГПЖ). В рамках несистематического обзора литературы проведён анализ потенциальных предикторов развития послеоперационного НМ после анатомической эндоскопической энуклеации простаты (АЭЭП) с использованием различных видов энергии. Рассмотрены факторы, ассоциированные с транзиторным и персистирующим НМ, особенности НМ в зависимости от техники энуклеации, а также случаи НМ, возникающие на этапе обучения хирургов. Особое внимание уделено особенностям НМ, наблюдаемым после различных методов АЭЭП, поскольку данные технологии получают всё более широкое распространение и занимают доминирующее положение в современной хирургии ДГПЖ. Отмечена более высокая частота транзиторного послеоперационного НМ. Подчёркнута необходимость учёта предоперационных и некоторых интраоперационных параметров в качестве предикторов развития НМ, а также важность обязательного предоперационного информирования пациентов о возможных рисках и сроках разрешения данного осложнения.
