Аннотация

O'tkir pielonefrit - homiladorlikning eng ko'p uchraydigan asorati bo'lib, ayrim hollarda uro-sepsisga o'tishi mumkin; bunda ESBL-ishlab chiqaruvchi enterobakteriyalar (kengaytirilgan spektrli beta-laktamaza ishlab chiqaruvchi enterobakteriyalar) muhim rol o'ynaydi [1, 2]. Maqsad - homilador ayollardagi Enterobacteriya shtamlari orasida ESBL ishlab chiqaruvchi shtammlar ulushini  Global va mintaqaviy tarqalish tahlili.

Yevropa, Osiyo, Amerika hamda Afrika mamlakatlaridagi statistik ma'lumotlarni  qiyoslash. Metodologiya - retrospektiv tavsifiy-analitik kesim tadqiqoti, 22 ta xalqaro manba asosidagi qiyosiy tahlil. Natijalar – ESBL tarqalish mintaqalar bo’yicha 3% dan ( Shimoliy Amerika)  45% gacha ( Afrika) o’zgaradi.

Ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyati - natijalar bakteriologik ekma va antibiotikogrammani amaliyotga joriy etish zarurligini ko'rsatadi.
