Orolbo‘yi mintaqasida geomagnit faollik, havo harorati va atmosfera bosimining insult yuzaga kelishi bilan mustaqil hamda kombinatsiyalangan bog‘liqligini baholash. Tadqiqotga 2023-yilda Xorazm viloyatida insult tashxisi bilan davolangan 897 nafar bemor kiritildi. Sutkalik havo harorati, atmosfera bosimi va geomagnit faollik ko‘rsatkichlari insult holatlari bilan taqqoslandi. Geomagnit faollik Kp indeksi asosida baholandi. Omillarning alohida va kombinatsiyalangan ta’siri korrelyatsion tahlil yordamida o‘rganildi. Harorat va insult chastotasi o‘rtasida chiziqli bo‘lmagan bog‘liqlik kuzatildi. Insultlarning 31,7% >35°C, 29,9% esa <0°C sharoitida qayd etildi; mos ravishda r=0,35 (p=0,001) va r=−0,28 (p=0,002) ni tashkil etdi. Atmosfera bosimi >1020 mbar bo‘lgan sharoitda insultlarning 43,5% qayd etildi. Kuchli geomagnit faollik (Kp≥6) insult chastotasi bilan sezilarli bog‘liq bo‘ldi (r=0,41; p=0,001). Eng kuchli assotsiatsiya >35°C va Kp≥6 kombinatsiyasida kuzatildi (r=0,55; p<0,001). <980 mbar va Kp≥6 kombinatsiyasida ham sezilarli bog‘liqlik aniqlandi (r=0,48; p<0,001). Orolbo‘yi mintaqasida ekstremal harorat, atmosfera bosimi va yuqori geomagnit faollik insult holatlari bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, ushbu omillarning kombinatsiyasi kuchliroq assotsiatsiyalar bilan tavsiflandi. Natijalar insultning ekologik triggerlarini baholashda meteorologik va geomagnit omillarning birgalikdagi ta’sirini hisobga olish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
