Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada o‘tkir dizenteriya (shigellyoz) kasalligining klinik va epidemiologik xususiyatlari hamda zamonaviy davolash usullari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida kasallikning etiologiyasi, yuqish mexanizmlari, asosiy klinik belgilar va asoratlari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, Shigella bakteriyalarining antibiotiklarga chidamliligi muammosi va bu holatning davolash strategiyalariga ta’siri muhokama qilindi. Zamonaviy davolash yondashuvlari sifatida rehidratatsiya terapiyasi, antibakterial davolash hamda simptomatik muolajalar samaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shigellyozning global sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi uchun muhim muammo ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Kasallikni samarali nazorat qilish uchun sanitariya-gigiyena choralarini kuchaytirish, epidemiologik monitoringni yaxshilash hamda antibiotiklarni oqilona qo‘llash muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi aniqlandi.
