Abstract

Mazkur maqolada me’da saratoni bilan kasallangan bemorlarda o‘smaning morfologik tuzilishi, differensiatsiya darajalari va endoskopik o‘sish xususiyatlari kompleks tarzda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida o‘smaning lokalizatsiyasi, infiltrativ o‘sish xususiyatlari, limfogen metastazlanish holatlari hamda klinik-laborator ko‘rsatkichlar baholandi. Tahlil natijalari past differensiyalashgan va infiltrativ o‘suvchi o‘smalarda agressiv kechish va yuqori invazivlik ko‘proq kuzatilishini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, morfologik xususiyatlar kasallik prognozi va erta diagnostikasida muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi aniqlandi
