persistent HPVAbstract
Mazkur maqolada persistent inson papilloma virusi (HPV) infeksiyasi boʻlgan ayollarni klinik boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari hamda individual klinik boshqaruv algoritmini takomillashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida persistent HPV infeksiyasining bachadon boʻyni saratoni va servikal intraepitelial neoplaziya rivojlanishidagi oʻrni, yuqori onkogen xavfli HPV genotiplarining klinik ahamiyati, skrining usullari hamda amaldagi klinik algoritmlarning afzallik va cheklovlari baholangan. Shuningdek, HPV genotipi, virus persistensiyasining davomiyligi, sitologik va kolposkopik tekshiruv natijalari, p16/Ki-67 immunoboʻyash, DNK metillanish biomarkerlari hamda bemorning individual klinik omillariga asoslangan takomillashtirilgan boshqaruv algoritmi taklif etilgan. Ushbu yondashuv diagnostik aniqlikni oshirish, keraksiz invaziv muolajalarni kamaytirish, yuqori xavf guruhidagi ayollarni oʻz vaqtida aniqlash hamda bachadon boʻyni saratoni profilaktikasi samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi mumkin.
