Abstract

В данной работе представлен всесторонний анализ современной эпидемиологической ситуации по туберкулезу на глобальном уровне и в Республике Узбекистан. Рассматриваются инновационные методы диагностики, включая молекулярно-генетические системы GeneXpert MTB/RIF Ultra и секвенирование следующего поколения (NGS), а также новые схемы лечения лекарственно-устойчивых форм (BPaL/BPaLM). Особое внимание уделено цифровым технологиям (OneImpact, VOT) и стратегии «Узбекистан-2030».
