SIMPTOMATIK COVID-19 BEMORLARIDA JONLANTIRISH BO'LIMGA YOTQIZILISH XAVF OMILLARI: 1511 BEMORNING RETROSPEKTIV TAHLILI (TOSHKENT, 2020)

Ushbu tadqiqot 2020-yilning aprel–avgust oylarida Toshkent davlat tibbiyot universistetining ko'p tarmoqli klinikasida COVID-19 tashxisi bilan yotqizilgan 1511 simptomatik bemorning klinik xususiyatlarini va jonlantirish bo’limiga yotqizilish xavf omillarini aniqlashga qaratilgan bitta markazli retrospektiv tadqiqotdir. Simptomatik bemorlar statisonar bo’limi (n=1382) va jonlantirish bo’limi (n=129) guruhlarga bo'linib taqqoslandi.
Jonlantirish bo’limi guruhida yosh kattaroq (me'dian 56 yosh), qo'shimcha kasalliklar (ishemik yurak kasalligi, qandli diabet, gipertoniya) ko'proq va laboratoriya ko'rsatkichlari og'irroq bo'ldi. Binar logistik regressiya tahlili shuni ko'rsatdiki, yosh, qo'shimcha kasalliklar (OR=15,1), ishemik yurak kasalligi (OR=15,6), gipertenziv yurak kasalligi (OR=13,3), qandli diabet (OR=4,6), nafas qisishi (OR=5,7), pnevmoniya (OR=3,3), WBC va HGB o'zgarishlari jonlantirish bo’limiga yotqizilishning mustaqil xavf omillari hisoblanadi. Jonlantirish bo’limi guruhidagi o'lim ko'rsatkichi 29,5% ni tashkil etdi. Natijalar COVID-19 bilan og'ir kasallangan bemorlarni erta aniqlash va xavf guruhlarini ajratishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
