Abstract

Qizamiq virusi (Measles virus) — juda yuquvchan virus bo‘lib, klinik jihatdan katta zarar keltirib chiqaradi. Keyingi  yillarda dunyo bo‘ylab qizamiq holatlarining ko‘payishi va emlash qamrovining pasayishi kuzatilmoqda. Bundan tashqari, qizamiq infeksiyasidan keyin immun amneziya (measles-induced immune amnesia) fenomeni immun sistema xotirasining qisman o‘chishi bilan bog‘langan bo‘lib, bu boshqa infeksiyalarga nisbatan sezgirlik oshishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Ushbu maqolada immun amneziya fiziopatologiyasi, uning populyatsiya darajasidagi oqibatlari, matematik modellar orqali beriladigan prognozlar va amaliy epidemiologik choralar to‘g‘risida sintetik, ilmiy tahlilni taqdim etamiz. Maqsad — ilmiy hamjamiyat, epidemiologlar va sog‘liqni saqlash siyosatchilari uchun asoslangan, amaliyotga mos tavsiyalar berish.
