BOLALARDA NAFAS YO‘LLARI OG‘IR INFEKSIYALARINING BAKTERIOLOGIK TAHLILI (FARG‘ONA VILOYATI MISOLIDA)

Tekshirilgan 258 nafar bolalarning yosh tarkibi tahlil qilinganda, ko‘rsatkichlar bo‘yicha eng yuqori foiz 3–6 yosh guruhida (41,5%), eng past foiz esa 15–18 yosh (9,7%) guruhida kuzatildi. Balg‘am namunalarida aniqlangan infeksiyalar tarkibi tahlil qilinganda, jami 106 ta holatning 68 tasi (64,2%) mono infeksiya va 38 tasi (35,8%) miks infeksiya ekanligi aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, nafas yo‘llari infeksiyalari bilan kasallangan bolalar orasida Klebsiella pneumoniae eng ko‘p aniqlangan bakterial qo‘zg‘atuvchilardan biri bo‘lib, barcha holatlarining 25,5% ini tashkil etdi.
