BLASTOTSISTOZ VA LYAMBLIOZ BILAN OG‘RIGAN BEMORLARDA KLINIK SIMPTOMLARNING QIYOSIY TAHLILI

Ichak protozoy invaziyalari, xususan lyamblioz va blastotsistoz, hozirgi kunda jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida dolzarb muammolardan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ushbu kasalliklar keng tarqalganligi, klinik belgilarining ko‘pincha nospesifik bo‘lishi hamda erta tashxis qo‘yishdagi qiyinchiliklar bilan ajralib turadi. Mazkur tadqiqotda lyamblioz, blastotsistoz va ularning mikst shakllarida klinik simptomlarning uchrash chastotasi qiyosiy tahlil qilindi.
Tadqiqotda jami 116 nafar 19–50 yoshdagi bemorlar ishtirok etdi va ular uch guruhga ajratildi: lyamblioz, blastotsistoz va mikst invaziya guruhlari. Barcha bemorlarda asosiy klinik belgilar — ko‘ngil aynishi, ishtaha pasayishi, qorin dam bo‘lishi, epigastral og‘riq, diareya, holsizlik va bosh og‘rig‘i baholandi. Olingan natijalar mikst invaziya guruhida klinik simptomlar nisbatan yuqoriroq uchrashini ko‘rsatdi.
Biroq, statistik tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, guruhlar o‘rtasida ishonchli farqlar aniqlanmadi (p>0,05), bu esa kuzatilgan farqlarning asosan tendensiya xarakteriga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ichak protozoy infeksiyalarining klinik kechishini chuqurroq o‘rganish, ayniqsa mikst invaziyalarni erta aniqlash va diagnostik yondashuvlarni takomillashtirish zarurligini ta’kidlaydi.
