BARIATRIK JARROHLIKDAN KEYINGI MALABSORBSIYA SINDROMI VA ICHAK MIKROBIOTASI BUZILISHINING INFEKSION ASORATLAR RIVOJLANISHIDAGI O’RNI

Semizlik global sog‘liq muammosi bo’lib, u ko’plab metabolik va yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari bilan bog‘liq. Ushbu tadqiqot bariatrik jarrohlikdan keyin rivojlanadigan malabsorbsiya sindromi va ichak mikrobiotasi disbiozining infeksion asoratlar patogenezidagi o’rnini o’rganishga bag‘ishlangan. 2024–2026 yillarda 96 nafar bemor ishtirokida klinik-laborator kuzatuvlar olib borildi. Natijalarga ko’ra, bariatrik operatsiyalardan so’ng bemorlarda oziq moddalar, vitaminlar va mikroelementlar yetishmovchiligi, ichak mikrobiotasi buzilishi hamda Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) rivojlanishi keng tarqalganligi aniqlandi. Disbioz bilan bog‘liq klinik simptomlar (diareya, meteorizm, steatoreya va qorin og‘rig‘i) yuqori chastotada qayd etildi va ular bilan ishonchli ijobiy korrelyatsiya mavjudligi tasdiqlandi. Laborator tahlillar anemiya, yallig‘lanish jarayonlari va immunitet pasayishini ko’rsatdi. Disbioz darajasi yuqori bo’lgan bemorlarda infeksion asoratlar sezilarli darajada ko’proq uchrashi aniqlandi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, bariatrik jarrohlikdan keyingi malabsorbsiya va ichak mikrobiotasi buzilishi infeksion asoratlar rivojlanishida muhim patogenetik omil hisoblanadi. Shu sababli davolashda vitamin-mineral qo’shimchalar, probiotiklar va ratsional dietoterapiyani qo’llash muhim ahamiyatga ega
