Abstract

Mazkur maqolada son suyagi bo‘yni sinishlarida kompyuter 3D-rejalashtirish hamda raqamli jarrohlik texnologiyalarini qo‘llashning klinik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda uch o‘lchamli rekonstruksiya, bemorga xos anatomik modellarni yaratish, operatsiyadan oldingi virtual rejalashtirish va raqamli navigatsiya tizimlarining jarrohlik amaliyotidagi samaradorligi yoritilgan. Ushbu texnologiyalar implantlarni optimal joylashtirish, operatsiya davomiyligini qisqartirish, qon yo‘qotilishini kamaytirish, anatomik reduksiyani aniq tiklash hamda operatsiyadan keyingi funksional natijalarni yaxshilashga xizmat qilishi ko‘rsatildi. Shuningdek, 3D-rejalashtirishning asoratlar, qayta operatsiyalar va implant yetishmovchiligi xavfini kamaytirishdagi o‘rni ilmiy ma'lumotlar asosida baholandi. Zamonaviy raqamli jarrohlik texnologiyalarini ortopedik travmatologiya amaliyotiga keng joriy etish son suyagi bo‘yni sinishlarini davolash sifatini oshirishning istiqbolli yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi.
