Abstract

Тадқиқотни катта ёшли гуруҳи бўлган 60-74 ёшлиларда цереброваскуляр касалликларни ёшга доир жиҳатларидан бири бу буйраклардаги ёшга доир деградацияни кучайиши натижасида, склеротик ва атрофик жараёнлардан ташқари, буйраклар проксимал каналчалари эпителийларида гемодинамик бузилишлар сабабли, метаболик ўзгаришлар ҳам ривожланади. Бу ҳам айнан, кортико-гипаталамо-гипофизар ва симпатоадренал тизим орқали таъсирлаши натижасида, буйраклар қон томири ва буйракларнинг юкстагломеруляр соҳалари гиперфункционал ҳолати, жисмоний зўриқиши, буйракларда доимий равишда фильтрация ва реабсорбциянинг гипофункцияси оқибатида, буйраклар коптокча ва каналчаларидаги дистрофик ва некробиотик ўзгаришларнинг ривожланиши оқибатида, буйрак касалликларини стимулланиши кузатилади. Бу эса, ўз навбатида, буйрак паренхимаси ва мезенхимасини шикастланиши оқибатида, атрофик ва склеротик ўзгаришларни ривожланишига олиб келиши аниқланди.
