Abstract

Mazkur maqola gipotireoz va subklinik gipotireozda (12–18 yoshdagi o‘smirlarda) tana tarkibi ko‘rsatkichlari (tana massasi indeksining o‘sishi, yog‘ massasining ko‘payishi, mushak-yog‘ nisbati pasayishi) va myaklar morfometrik parametrlarining (appendikulyar skelet mushak massasi, torso mushak massasi, mushak kesimi maydoni) o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni o‘rganish bo‘yicha olib borilayotgan ilmiy-tadqiqotlar natijalarining sharhiga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada ushbu holatda organizmning metabolik va endokrin tizimlaridagi o‘zgarishlar, mushak va yog‘ to‘qimalarining morfometrik parametrlaridagi buzilishlar, ruhiy-psixoemotsional holatga ta’sir etuvchi omillar, shuningdek, semizlik va gipotireozning birgalikdagi kechishi xususiyatlarini aniqlashga qaratilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari bayon etilgan. Shuningdek, gipotireozning o‘smirlardagi uchraydigan chastotasi, subklinik gipotireozli bemorlarda immunologik status o‘zgarishlari, metabolik buzilishlarning o‘ziga xosligi, kardiometabolik xavf omillari va mushak massasi pasayishiga bag‘ishlangan tadqiqotlarning ilmiy tahlili hamda mualliflarning qarashlari keltirilgan
